Kathy
At 41, I have made my dream of becoming a chef come true - with professional retraining at a catering college that has taught me all the techniques and know-how of catering, cooking and baking.

Delighting my clients with endless creativity is what I stand for. My concept is simple, I use fresh, local, high-quality products for entirely home-made dishes to delight myself and my clients.

Personal chef
All my menus are tailored to your wishes and will. Please write me for a quote.
Personal chef (drinks not included) with table service from 15 people.
Menu from 50 euros per person (except weddings and specific events, ask for quote).
Menu example:
4 aperitif bites per person (verrines, savory amuse-bouches, skewers...)
Starter: Millefeuille of sweet pepper, mousse of goat cheese, biscuits with Nyons olives and mesclun green with Nyons olive oil.
Main: French lamb stew, fried polenta and seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Roasted figs with honey, home-made vanilla ice-cream and almond biscuits or birthday cake.
Dinner aperitifs & buffets
Dinner aperitifs: From 16 euros per person, drinks and table service not included.
8 savory bites and 2 sweet bites (according to your wishes).
Buffets: From 25 euros per person. (table service not included).
Desserts
4 euros per slice (cakes, pies...).
5 euros per slice for wedding cakes.
Cooking classes
40 euros for children, 3 hours (only patisserie).
50 euros for adults, 3 hours.
